Slotted Wire Mesh Vibrating Mining Screen
The warp and weft of the slotted woven wire vibrating mining screen are not evenly woven, so its mesh is rectangular. This kind of screen is divided into two categories: standard long hole mining screen (long hole only) and reinforced long hole mining screen (mixed with square rectangular holes). The slotted wire mesh can be made of carbon steel or stainless steel wire, and is often manufactured by double crimp weaving or flat top weaving. It has a larger open area to increase the production rate of material screening and sieving and prevent binding or blocking. In comparison with the square wire mesh, the slotted screen has a better screening effect.
The long slot opening is especially suitable for the use when the larger opening area and greater screening efficiency are required to remove fine materials from oversized materials. The slotted wire mesh is one of the most commonly used mining screens in mining, mineral processing, quarrying and agglomeration industries.
